I am so taken with the voice of De Luca. He is so beautiful and the legato. Galli Curci is a formidable and very beautiful Gilda, and can you imagine any maestro this pliant and wonderful with the expressive tempi.
I can think of only two who might even be able to think this way musically much less have the technique to do it.
